Size
Jamaica is approximately 10,991sq km (4,244sm) with a population of about 3.2 million, which makes it the largest English speaking country in the Caribbean.
Location
Jamaica is strategically located between the North & South American sub-continents thus facilitating easy access to a large regional market. Being just 1,180km (700miles) south of Miami, 1½ hours by air, 2 days by sea, gives exporters quick and easy access to the North American market.

The country’s comprehensive air, sea and ICT infrastructures provide for the seamless flow of goods and services to markets around the world. There are two (2) international airports which are served by several North American and European carriers as well as by the country’s own airline, Air Jamaica.
