Application Procedure

1. Client submits completed FCJ Application Form (click to view)
2. FCJ conducts due diligence by checking references and doing credit checks
3. The Client Service/Marketing Department prepares submission to the Board’s Property Development sub-committee for recommendation to the Board
4. Board approves application
5. Offer letter sent to client
6. Client pays Space Reservation Fee
7. FCJ prepares the space
8. Client signs lease, inspects unit and signs the Entry Certificate
9. Tenant gets possession
